"Beautiful property nestled in the hills with stunning views! Although we spent most of our time sightseeing, it was nice to have a home away from home to come back to at the end of the day to unwind and relax. The only negative we had during our stay was the lack of soundproofing and you can hear everything from the neighboring units. It wasn’t overly bothersome. "

"A very central location, which was a great size for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. The manager had good communication with us and everything went smoothly. The property is on the 3rd floor with no lift. That was fine for us, but if you don’t like steps, you might not like it!"

"This apartment has got to be one of the best apartments you can stay in. Everything was perfect. Incredible friendly family and Franca is attentive, kind and always available to help. "We are Australians in Italy for the first time. We enjoyed our week in Perugia. No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. Guiseppe was quick to respond to our messages and helpful with suggestions. His Gold Card was useful! Too cold for a swim, sadly, as the pool looked very inviting....

Kleines Manko: das Badfenster geht in Richtung Nachbarhaus, zwischen den zwei Häusern ist ein Treppenaufgang, der von der (sehr netten) Nachbarin genutzt wird. "John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. "Casa Stella is one of the most wonderful places that we have stayed in. It is a pleasure - large, well-appointed rooms with a lovely garden and stunning views of the countryside.
