Although we spent most of our time sightseeing, it was nice to have a home away from home to come back to at the end of the day to unwind and relax. The only negative we had during our stay was the lack of soundproofing and you can hear everything from the neighboring units. It wasn’t overly bothersome. "

"This apartment has got to be one of the best apartments you can stay in. Everything was perfect. Incredible friendly family and Franca is attentive, kind and always available to help. "We are Australians in Italy for the first time. We enjoyed our week in Perugia. No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. Guiseppe was quick to respond to our messages and helpful with suggestions. His Gold Card was useful! Too cold for a swim, sadly, as the pool looked very inviting....

"Die Unterkunft ist toll, im typischen toskanischen Stil. Kleines Manko: das Badfenster geht in Richtung Nachbarhaus, zwischen den zwei Häusern ist ein Treppenaufgang, der von der (sehr netten) Nachbarin genutzt wird. Sie läuft also genau am Badfenster vorbei, daher hatten wir die Fensterläden stets geschlossen. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. "John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though.
