"I stayed in a small but clean and comfortable single room, which had everything I needed for my 3 night stay, including a good shower! Location is perfect for exploring historic Perugia. Chiara could not have been more welcoming and helpful before, during and even after my stay. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you :)"

"Great location, very comfortable room, many breakfast options, really appreciated having a view. My only complaint is that our internet service was very slow. I guessing it is because we were one of the furthest rooms from the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel and if you are lucky enough to stay there, I recommend the Osteria a Priori for dinner. It is across from the hotel and the food is delicious."

"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see anyone else except the cats! Once you're installed, it's the perfect place for a digital detox although there is some basic wifi. The kitchen had everything we needed and the change of pace was exactly what we were after. I'm missing this lovely home already. Thank you for having us! Harry & Bruno."
