"we had a room with full garbage bins upon arrival, a bat in the room, twice not really warm dinner, a lousy breakfast, jaccuzzi with bandaids swimming in it, uncomfortable beds, broken backsplash in kitchen, no housekeeping apart from fresh towels.... NOT what we were hoping for. "

"Stay was pleasant with an amazing view. Close to the center of Zakopane, Gubalowka. We had to pay 12 zl when we checked in- no idea for what? Breakfast and pass for the swimming pool and hot terms were included. Unfortunately, we haven't got a bath plug to our bath. So we couldn't have a batha, the shower was very poor. I had to wait 1 day for the staff to find a bath plug! Remember to bring your own bath plug!"
