"Great location. Close to the beach, very walkable. Communication with owner was excellent. Allowed us to get in a couple hours earlier than normal check in. Property is decent, and suitable for a couple nights. It is a small room. Noise from neighboring units was clearly heard. The bathroom appears to be an add on to the outside of the building, possibly a porch that was enclosed. It was sufficient, but lacked any shelving / hooks / storage."

It was within walking distance to the beautiful Isla Verde beach and only a block or two away from multiple restaurants. My only complaint is that there werent very many electrical outlets, a problem solved with a couple of surge protectors."

"Perfect spot for our group of three families with 11 people (six adults, five teens). Close to the beach, parking was a plus, many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Many amenities provided including beach chairs and umbrellas, an iron, well-equipped kitchen, etc. Communication with Mayra and John was excellent."

"The size of space was amazing, loved the outside patio area, had a total of 3 rooms 2 bath, plenty of space. Close by stores and fast food restaurants. Very quit at night. Checking in could have been a better process. Had to reach out to host day of arriving to receive check in info. We arrived at night so finding location could have been better explained by the host. But over all we had a great experience "

"The building is run down, but don’t let that deter you. The condo is clean, adorable, and comfortable. The location is excellent, as you are close to the airport and literally one block from the beach. The outside of the building is a three out of 10 but the condo itself is a 10 out of 10!"
