"Clearly the grand hotel of Seville. Its location is great and it stands out as a landmark of the town. For a very old property it was well maintained. The only real shortcoming was the service. The concierge didn’t respond before our stay about transportation even though they sent an email reaching out. In person the team always seemed to be distracted with something else rather than customers. The pool service was quite spotty. On the plus side, the front desk crew were very good and the staff at breakfast worked very hard. The cleaners were friendly and efficient. "

"This hotel is great. Within a couple of minutes you are in the center and if you cross the bridge you are in Triana in less than 5 minutes. The staff is very kind, I spoke to two guys (both with glasses) and they were helpful and attentive all the time. The room was beautiful, big, comfy bed. It’s the little details that count with this hotel. Upon arrival they give you a welcome postcard, nuts and it honestly feels like they are happy to see you. I would go back if I’m ever in Seville again and hopefully try the pool! (I didn’t get to try it this time). The only downside was that the TV didn’t work and the wifi was quite slow to connect. However I only asked the desk once because I felt I was out most of the time. "
