"Very friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation so we were upgraded to one of the new rooms which was nice and modern. The buffet breakfast also had a good variety of food options. The hotel is in a good location, 15-20 minute walk to the Cathedral and other tourist attractions, and 10 minute walk across the bridge to Triana area. There is a good selection of restaurants and tapas bars across the road."

"Clean hotel and close to most things"

"Nice hotel in a great location. Close to the cathedral, boutiques and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was adequate, however, you can order from the menu without addition charges. As expected in any major city parking charges were 32 euros a day. It’s vallet parking so plan accordingly and call ahead if you need your car at a certain time. The hotel staff, including the valet parking staff were awesome."

"Away from the hustle and bustle, for a restful night. Close to tram which was extremely easy and inexpensive to use. I thought the beds were to hard my husband has never been more comfortable, so this is a matter of opinion. The staff was helpful and the room was made spotless each day. We did not eat on property just because we spent much of our time out and about. The restaurant always smelled delicious though. Only thing I really didn’t like was that the halls are so dark and the motion detectors are slow to turn on the lights. Felt a bit creepy. This would not stop us from staying here again though. Very worth the money "

"Beautiful hotel. Nice neighborhood. Safe and quiet. Very convenient parking. If you don’t want to buy the breakfast buffet, the smaller breakfast in the bar area was very good. "

"This hotel is very elegant, decorated with musical instruments in a marvellous way. Because of 3 days of rain, a leak developed just outside our room. They put out a rug and bucket could not fix it until it stops raining. The breakfast was great! There is no parking. If you drive, you have to park at a garage 5 minutes away and walk with your luggage. The garage was full when we got there so we had to wait in queue until enough people left. Took about 45 minutes. That being said, we loved it and would stay again! It’s is a great location. Walking distance to the Alcazar and the cathedral. Lots of restaurants close by too."
