"Location of the house is perfect. Close to everything. The view of the ocean is breathtakingly beautiful! House big and spacious, a little dirty though. Kitchen is very out-dated and dishes were dirty. Inside of kitchen drawers were crusty utensils. The windows were exactly what the reviews said, they have a strange film on them."

It’s the ideal foursome one or two night stay-only 20 minutes from Pebble Beach. Also it’s only 3 miles from a state park and expansive beach area. I highly recommend it."

"Beautiful home! It was pleasant and quiet. Thoughtful amenities allowed us to stay in, relax, and enjoy family time. Loved the wildlife and landscapes around the neighborhood. We saw two turkeys on our walk which the kids were very excited about! Vincent was a great communicator and very responsive. We’ll definitely look to stay there again on our next trip to the area. "

"Our first stay was in 2016 and we were happy to be back. The property is beautiful, clean, and has everything you would need for your stay. The full bath has a large shower. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. The location is perfect and quite close to Cannery Row and the Aquarium. We are already planning our next stay. "

"This was heaven. It was outside the budget we set, and so worth it. The location is amazing--it was central to things we wanted to do, but we liked the beach so much we, especially the kids, barely wanted to leave (remember this is a northern California beach, so chilly unless it's heart of summer). "Our stay here was amazing! The house is in the best location for nature watching and taking a nice run or walk or bike ride up the coast in either direction. We watched sea otters for hours from the deck upstairs and the upstairs bedroom. We saw dolphins and seals from the house too! From the house we could walk to restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. "Location of this property is great! An included parking spot is a plus as street parking is limited due to the small streets. It's located close to everything you might want to do in the area.My only suggestion is to change the shower liner more often - the one there while we stayed had mildew/mold build up (eh it happens), but it didn't dampen our weekend at all. "Our second stay in this penthouse that sits above the toy store and other shops and a wine room. Title of the property of "unmatched location" is spot on. We were central to everything, whether it was a 15 second walk to the grocery store, or going to coffee, wine tasting rooms, restaurants, galleries, etc., everything is convenient.
