"Had a great time here! It was hard to find a dog friendly place so this was awesome. Parking available for two cars in driveway, great yard/patio to relax on and have some drinks. Our dog loved laying outside on the grass and the cool pavement! Easy check in process and thank you for the list of restaurant/bar recommendations. Very clean and neighborhood is nice. We spent most of our time in downtown Detroit which is about 20-25 mins away, would def stay here again!"

I’ve never had a rental fully load me up with snacks, beverages, even a bottle of wine! There was a small surprise to take home, every place to hang out was comfortable and equipped with anything you’d ever think of needing. Although the hose was pretty clean, i would suggest a little dusting, especially in the corners in the upstairs bedrooms near the AC units. "If you like a really a quiet place and very comfortable, this guest house is for you. The house is very well equipped and very clean. You don’t need to take anything because there is everything you need for your stay. It is located right on the lake, a short walk from the public beach. All day long you can hear the lake and the birds singing. Erika and David are very friendly people. There is a short distance to the trails in the Toledo area and a lots of them. "Everything has been recently updated, so it was nice and very clean. The house sits on a very busy road and the traffic noise was a bit loud for someone who lives in a rural area. Property manager was easy to work with and helped to accommodate a special request we had made. If we are ever in the area we would rent again."
