"The lake house is cozy and an excellent place to relax. The boat dock is also a plus, as we could dock our fishing boat and walk down the stairs to the water. There is also plenty of room outdoors to enjoy your company around the fire pit or the two large porches. Everything you need from town is just around the corner, and all the major cities are only twenty minutes in any direction. I will be staying here again when I'm in the area. "We were in town for a wedding. We needed a big space to accommodate doing wedding prep work. It worked for that purpose. The kitchen was VERY slim and the utensils were lacking as the few that were available were broken. The ice maker was broken in the fridge. Spices were very lacking as well. All of the mattresses must be 30 years old. And were stained with a few having mattress covers. Owner said we broke a door but we did not. So be careful and get the insurance if you choose to stay...

"Me and my 3 gf’s had a wonderful time. The weather was great and the deck right next to the water is awesome!! There were some things that were broken in the house that were like that when we arrived. It didn’t affect our stay unless we wanted to hide the oven. The lack of an outlet by the sink in the bathroom was a problem. We had to do your hair in one of the bedrooms. The decorations are cute but some repairss are needed. It was one of the more reasonable priced ones though."
