We also were brought a complementary bottle of wine! We also realized we wanted a room with a tub and when we inquired about the front desk helped us get an awesome room with an incredible view of Woodward and a tub. This was our 3rd stay at Shinola and we loved every second! "

"The property is located at the right place. The only thing that I don’t like is that the check in is at 3 pm and the check out is at 11 am. So you are booking for one day stay but paying for 24 hours. Does not seems right. All the hotels have different policies and sometimes I feel it is better to go with Arbnb"
