"El trato del personal ha sido excepcional! Las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas. Son cabañas humildes pero tienen lo necesario (cama, ducha y toallas) y se llega andando al pueblo en poco más de 5min. El desayuno muy rico. El lugar estaba prácticamente vacío, por lo que los animales se acercaban y pudimos ver monos y un perezoso, el momento Estrella de nuestro viaje! "

"Though the house was described accurately as typical Caribbean style, we were not expecting the total openness with only screens in windows. However, we are so glad we stayed there and would do it again. So much wildlife to observe from the upper open “treehouse” deck. No issues with bugs in the home, great laundry and pool area. Great hiking right out the door. Host was an excellent communicator and property was well equipped and maintained. We will remember this stay for a lifetime. It is 100%...

"Great stay, good selection of food for breakfast. Could use more beach chairs at the pool. Like so often people put towels to reserve them and then aren't around for hours later. Frustrating! "

"Beautiful place, AMAZING food (gourmet! Fresh!) super friendly staff! Beautiful nature! We saw times of animals- crocodiles, birds, monkeys, even a couple of tayras! Unfortunately it was raining a lot but other than that, really nice place! "

"Our stay at The Caribbean Paradise lodge was very pleasant, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The grounds are very clean , lots of wildlife you can hear and see. It is 10 minutes away from Tortuguero village by taxi boat, but the staff is always ready to help with that. There is no AC but the fan in the room was sufficient and we had comfortable nights and slept well enjoying the sounds of nature .
