"The property is very nice and they keep it super clean. The only issue I had was with regards to parking. The maximum time you can park is 2 hours, so i got a ticket for going over the time. To make matters worst, itwas supposed to be free parking on Sunday, but when I got up they were towing all the cars. Thankfully, my car wasn't towed but I got another ticket. When I talked to the manager, all he said was that he got a note to remove the cars from the street on Sunday, but he never...

"The house is in a beautiful location and the standard room was very clean when we arrived. The picnic hamper is a nice addition and came in very handy. And the bed was very comfortable. My only negative opinion was we booked a 11 night stay and could only have the room cleaned if we paid an additional €20. I would have liked clean towels and a basic room clean at least once while we were there for a longer stay. But overall a lovely place in the real Tuscan countryside."

"This remodeled farmhouse in the countryside was a perfect place for our first night after Lucca. I was hiking the Via Francigena while my wife was driving. We had a wonderful bedroom and full use of the large "great room." The pool was fabulous. Down the hill we could see horses and other farm animals. The owners were friendly and helpful. Although we stayed only a night it would be a good place for a much longer period of time. We loved the rural feel and quiet. Thank you! "

"A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options.
