"This VRBO was absolutely gorgeous on the inside. Everything was redone recently and the accommodations were great. The beds are comfortable and the showers were great! Booked for 2 nights and he cancelled the second night without giving me the option to get a full refund and go somewhere else and refunded what he wanted. "Had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Whilst the location is a bit further out of town the size of the property and rustic feel more than made up for it. We taxi’d in and out of town every day to experience the cultural center of Florence and escaped at the end of the day to the calm and serenity of the house. Would definitely stay again and the hostess was one of the best I’ve experienced in all my travels, more than accommodating and ensured our stay was awesome. thanks again"

"A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options.
