"A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend. "

"The property is delightful, and the amenities in the adjacent hotel, pool, spa, bar and restaurant very pleasant. On the down side the bar was poorly staffed on both evenings during our stay with one staff member being expected to cope with coach parties, restaurant orders and provide table service from the bar. Thankfully she was very courteous and we were patient 👍."

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"Had a week here and loved it. Pisa 20 mins, Montecatini 15 mins, Firenze 40 mins. Great for exploring Tuscany and even better for just relaxing. Can't fault the accommodation, service, friendliness of the staff. Great prices as well. Everything was great and will return soon."

"Beautiful area! Most conditions were good. Other than that, not good at all. No blankets, soap, paper towels, only a half roll of toilet paper for 5 adults. Heating system did not work! Very moist in cabin left all our clothes damp. We could not have windows open to dry out air due to mosquitos. Would not book here again!"

"This property honestly exceeded our expectations. Fantastic facilities, lovely shared pool with specially assigned seating for only a few other guests. All the staff we dealt with were super helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our wine and olive oil tasting with Erika. The restaurant associated with the property - Osteria del Vecchio Olivo is authentic and good value. Only a 5 minute walk up the hill to picturesque Montecarlo which has lots of good restaurants. Thoroughly recommend this family...
