"This is the cleanest property I’ve come across in vacation rentals. It’s comfortable, cozy, close to the beach and to the highway for easy sightseeing. The balcony is huge, just like in the pics, and it’s possible to spend the whole day there thanks to partial shading. The neighborhood is small and very quiet. "Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."
