"Amazing space and gracious hosts - we were picked up after arriving by train by Luigi and Emanuela, who gave us a quick tour of town and oriented us to the apartment. The place is so lovely - beautifully decorated and immaculate. Truly one of our best rental experiences ever. Nothing to critique or complain about here. Orvieto is a charming town and this apartment is the best place to stay. Book it!"

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. "The apartment was large compared to my typical rentals in Italy. Separate kitchen and living room with seating and table. Both rooms and bathrooms are large. Orvieto is a walking town, but the location was about as close as you can get to main attractions and still have some solitude.
