"What a magical property. The house is a perfect mix of modern and antique. It is luxurious, but not the type of delicate luxury where you are constantly worrying you’ll break something! The space is very well designed and we were able to completely unwind. The medieval hill town of Monteleone d’Orvieto has tons of charm and incredible views as well. "Home in Orvieto truly was home! The apartment was perfect in every way! The location is amazing! Couldn’t get enough of the Duomo and it is only about a 3 minute walk! Valerie was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the train station and back to the apartment. Orvieto is a wonderful place to relax and we hope to be able to return!"

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"Bright and beautifully renovated property directed across from the Mancinelli Theatre, so perfectly located for easy attendance at Jazz Fest events. Very close to the Pam for groceries and great shopping all along Cavour. I will definitely be booking this spot again."
