"Wir waren als Gruppe mit 14 Personen in dem Haus. Vorm Urlaub hatten wir bereits Kontakt zu Alessandro aufgenommen, der jederzeit auch erreichbar war (via WhatsApp). Wir bekamen eine genaue Anleitung/Beschreibung auf Deutsch zugeschickt. Hat alles sehr gut funktioniert.
