Meredith not only went above and beyond with my phone call but also when we arrived making sure our parking accommodations were met and met safely following up with texts and assisting with parking fee. Cutomer service was top notch. Would highly recommend. "

"The staff was very rude from the front desk girl that checked us all in to the bar staff who were very rude to us when we came back from the game as we were promised food til midnight by the woman who booked off our group of rooms at 1030 we were told no to food. Ended up doordashing some crappy pizza.
