"The property is clean and quiet. The only downside is the eating/lobby lobby is cold and needs some heat. The staff is superb. I travel several times a year in several major hotel chains and this staff (from dinning, cleaning, and front desk) have all been exceptional, even learning our names. Thanks"

"I had missed those towels! Most hotels don't have plush towels any more. They had a snafu, fire alarm going off x 2 late at night and early morning in the one night I stayed, I would stay again."

"It was surprisingly swift to check in. The Bistro area was still opened when we arrived and closed at 10pm. We were snowed in and our flights canceled. Decided to stay here at the last minute. Rooms are clean and the linens crisp and fresh. And it's conveniently nearby the airport Reagan. "
