"Very disappointing. Room did not match hotel.com posting. No lightbulbs in lamps, had to screw in the coaxial cable wire into back of tv myself. The sofa bed did not open and had to buy an extra room for a third guest which the management required a cash, no receipt payment. No hot water until I complained heavily. "Excelente local, infra estrutura para adultos excelente. Fomos em all inclusive e fomos surpresos pela qualidade da comida (bebidas nao inclusas). "We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here."
