"Great Communication prior to our stay. Clear instructions on how to enter premises and check in. Two bedroom apartment was spacious for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. Cooking facilities were in good working order and the full size fridge with freezer was great. Laundry in apartment was very handy for washing and drying towels and was stocked with laundry detergent. One more roll of toilet paper would have been great 😃"

"Overall ,great location, great view from balcony, just opposite the beach. Comfy beds in all three rooms. Water pressure in the showers were great. High standard of cleanliness. Washing machine and dryer were an additional convenience. However, 3rd bed room AC was not working for the first 4 days. "This was our favorite stay in Australia! Palm Cove was incredible but this stay put it over the top. The units are updated and very nice. We loved the bathroom. Comfy beds. The grounds are gorgeous. The pool area is perfect. I wish I could live here!"

"Craig met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. Very tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything you would need. Extremely comfortable, clean and luxurious. Security was also well thought out. Pet friendly felt like home. 5 stars! "

"Stuart was an amazing host. He even gave us recommendations on what to do. The property was directly across the beach. We could hear beach waves off our balcony. We had adequate space for 4 of us and amenities were wonderful. He even had ac on waiting for us when we arrived late at night. Highly recommend this place"

"This is a lovely resort but it’s tired and it has been very trafficked the rooms need an upgrade or even a paint furniture is groty and needs replacing and everything felt low exspecially the bathroom and toilet and couch was really low and uncomfortable the bedroom mattress needs to be replaced Customer service from staff was fantastic exspecially in the morning for breakfast the manager was lovely and onto every need you needed however the Day spa manager needs some customer service training...
