"Great Communication prior to our stay. Clear instructions on how to enter premises and check in. Two bedroom apartment was spacious for our family of 5, including 3 teenagers. Cooking facilities were in good working order and the full size fridge with freezer was great. Laundry in apartment was very handy for washing and drying towels and was stocked with laundry detergent. One more roll of toilet paper would have been great 😃"

"We stayed here for two nights, home is beautiful, owners are lovely. We rented the second story and had heaps of privacy. The ground level had another apartment or 2, a beautiful swimming pool with a pair of friendly doggies joining in for a swim and play, but if you don't like dogs they are happy to remove them from the common area. The resort was lovely, however it is not called the Horizons Nine Pool Resort which was confusing when you get dropped off at the address and the property name is Cairns One. The only negative was the tv remote in the lounge was missing and it took 3 days for anyone to confirm where it was. Otherwise great location, amazing facility. I would recommend. "
