The resort was lovely, however it is not called the Horizons Nine Pool Resort which was confusing when you get dropped off at the address and the property name is Cairns One. The only negative was the tv remote in the lounge was missing and it took 3 days for anyone to confirm where it was. Otherwise great location, amazing facility. I would recommend. "

It was clean, all appliances worked, there was a separate air conditioner in the bedroom so you had the ability to control the temperature when sleeping.
