"Stayed 28 days. It was a good room. Good location. Staff was excellent. The pool was nice; partially in the shade for a majority of the day. A band did play until 10 or 11 in a nearby location, otherwise quiet for Patong. I would definitely stay again."

"was very nice and clean, room.layout is abit bizarre however, like this bed/couch unmovable construct in front of the main viewing window..im not certain what its for other than blocking access to the window, has nonbackrests to sit on, and there is no coffee table in front of couch if you want to drink coffee and set it on something.. only a small table in puny kitchen with rock hard chairs.. everything else is really good "

"Stayed in a Deluxe room with Balcony for 8 nights. Good size room with large bed and safe but limited number of clothes hangers for two people. Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. Small swimming pool on the roof. 1.3 metres depth with towels available from reception. "

"We appreciate the reception and the property. The area is walkable, touristry, and a bit expensive. But the overall beauty is worth it with the rooftop pool and several beaches nearby. For the rooms, they are clean with good wifi and awesome showers. The balconies offer great views. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear your neighbor's activity. "

"We stayed in small 2 bedroom unit. Had all we needed including washing machine, dinner setting, cutlery, pots and pans. Pool outside room with small balcony. Booked through TropicLook, was advised we needed to pay electricity, but told agent this was not advised when booked. Told we had a limit of 20KW per day. Stayed 14 days didn't use all power. "Very down market standard property compared to other property listed with Expedia. My room had cockroaches running around and issue was not resolved inspite of highlighting to property staff. "
