"This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. None of the pool areas had adequate sunbeds or umbrellas, one in each area, so I complained and they didn't do anything about it. They show pool bars in their advertising but these are closed because they do not have a licence. "I LOVED the cleaning ladies, we stayed there for 13 nights. It was absolute bliss coming home to a clean mopped house every day. Not only that, they noticed we had laundry to be done. Washed, dried, folded and delivered next day. Shuttle bus was only too friendly to drop us anywhere around Kamala. Would highly recommend. Love you guys ! "

There are no onsite food services, just snacks in the lobby, but other nearby hotels will actually deliver food to your room if you want room service. "Our experience at the Glasshouse in Phuket exceeded my expectations. The home was beautifully furnished, clean and fully stocked with all that we needed. "The hotel is situated in a quiet area and yet only 10 mins away from the Patong beach. The food in Vista restaurant is to die for and has lot of other facilities. We stayed in the pool access room ( Hillside pool - adults only) the pool is clean and big. The staffs at the pool side bar are helpful and friendly. Big shout out to Alisa and duen at the vista restaurant, they looked after us from day 1 and nothing was too much hassles for them and always have a great smile. Highly recommended Avista Hideaway Patong ! "
