"Excellent place to stay "

"We had a very large group of 12 people and this house was absolutely perfect. There was ample room for all with a private bedroom for each family no matter how many kids they had. Often times you’ll see listings that say they’ll accommodate 12 but you’ll find out that includes sofa beds and rollaways. This was exactly as advertised and we didn’t have to draw straws to see who got the public sleeping accommodations. Would highly recommend this property for anyone with larger groups!!!"

"My husband and I and our two dogs stayed at the property. The overall stay was nice. A few things we didn’t like, and it was not on the Vrbo property info. You have to hit a button (Alarm) every time you go out to the patio and pool area door and every time you come back in the home or the alarm goes off. (Very Loud ) Dog’s hated it. This is an excellent safety feature for children.(yes, this is Florida law for newly installed pools) If you don’t have kids, very annoying. We have rented...

"Very comfortable and clean. Everything was up to date. Very short walk to the beach. My husband and I don't like to go out to eat much so made good use of the facilities. When we did go out to eat the restaurants are within walking distance. Great to have the outdoor shower after going to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Everything was great except the parking. Had to park 2nd vehicle a block away at the library. 2nd parking is reserved for the smaller/seperate part of the unit. We stayed at the 3 bedroom 1 bath side. Place was clean, comfortable, cozy and fully equipped to feel like home away from home."
