"I came to Florida for work, which unfortunately was effected by Hurricane Milton. The owner was wonderful at communicating and accommodating the travel delays and issues I experienced. He was easy to reach and responsive with questions. The place was great - lovely view of the ocean, clean and lots of extra bits and bobs to make the stay better (e.g. beach umbrellas and towels). The pool and other facilities were well maintained and we had no issues using them. Check in/out was easy. All in all...

"This condo was in a great location! It was a 2 min walk and you were on the beach! Upon walking in we were greeted with nice music, clean and well decorated space- very modern looking. The kitchen was stocked with the needed basics; pots and pans, toaster, microwave, full size fridge, oven/stove, utensils, plates/bowls/cups, etc. there were ice cube trays and even filter for filtered water. There was a king sized bed and a pull out couch, and floor space to bring some accommodations for kids in...

"This was our third stay at Royal Mansions. Mark’s penthouse has been the best of the three. The balcony has an awesome view of the ocean. Mark’s unit has everything you need. The pool area is wonderful and you can’t beat the beach and location to see any rocket launches. We were only there for three nights and were able to see two launches from the beach. We highly recommend."
