"Front desk staff not friendly at all. When customers asked questions they were greeted with staff who were unpleasant and rude. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, biscuits and sauce and bagels and cereal. Wasn’t great. Also the breakfast sitting area needs updating. The cushions on chairs were worn and torn. All tables were dirty while there were only a few people in the restaurant and no one to clean the tables. Pool area and the suite we rented were the best part of the hotel. Those areas were...

"This property is beautiful, spotless, and has gorgeous oceanfront views. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and were prompt to answer any inquiries we had. Royal Mansions is a lovely, gated oceanfront community in Cape Canaveral. This particular unit does have several sets of stairs, but the effort is well worth it! Tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and panoramic ocean views, this unit is a win-win! We hope to stay again sometime."

"The state was great the property was under reconditioning they were painting our side we had construction equipment out from the inside was beautiful one bedroom vanity very comfortable with the fact that they were reconditioning the outside the stairwells there was furniture out in the stairwells you have just felt it on the balcony because of the bathrooms all scraped down and paint chipped everywhere’s so I’ll take a picture"

"Great location, didn’t have to go far for anything we wanted or needed, even our day trip to Orlando! Plenty of space for the six of us! Beds large enough for teenage siblings to share! Had a fun family game night with games provided by host. We truly felt at home during our stay. Host is great, responds quickly to any questions. "
