Great property
This is a spacious property with lots of seating and different areas where folks can gather or be alone.With smart TVs you can log into your accounts (Netflix, Amazon, Spotify, etc.) and continue with your own watchlist/playlist.Kitchen has all the basic appliances and after enjoying the waffles I am tempted to buy my own waffle maker. Kitchen cabinets were all labelled with the content. That was a big help. Suggest doing the same for the multi gang light switches.Would have no problem recommending this house.

Lovely Spa and Pool
The area is quiet, great access to beaches, restaurants and what not. The kitchen is well appointed and the house has lots of space. We had a great stay.

Family Vacation
House had plenty of room for all of us. Pool area was very nice, but could use a couple more lounge chairs. We had a concern and the host Ben was very responsive. Would consider staying again.

This property was wonderful and larger than what we expected. Short walk to the beach and one of the nicer properties in the area. Ben was great in answering any questions or concerns we had. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!!

Loved Our Stay!!
We had a wonderful stay at THE BEACH HOUSE! The house is clean and comfortable...it accommodated a family of eight with room to spare! We would recommend this house to anyone who wants to experience access to cruises...Disney World....Kennedy Space Center and a wonderful quiet beach! Everyone enjoyed our return to te Space Coast!

This property was perfect! Very modern, great space, roomy with plenty of hangout space. Great neighborhood with super short walk to beautiful and clean beach. Location was great for quick access to daytona and Orlando. Will absolutely be stayhere again!

Excellent Stay!
As many others have said, this is an excellent place to stay. The pool / spa was wonderful. The walk to the beach was enjoyable. It is positioned a good area to access many different things across the cape. If you are a space fan, you can sit in the spa and watch rocket launches go across the horizon. We got to see two of the Space X launches light up the night sky!

Excellent Family Vacation
The house was great! Enough space for all 11 of us with ample different areas for the kids to hang out along with arcade games. The pool and hot tub were used daily. Beach is a quick 7 min walk and never disappoints. Ben was very responsive when we needed him for a minor issue. Will definitely be back! Thanks Ben!

Family vacation
We could not be more pleased with our rental. We had all ages in our family and the pool was a big hit along with being only a short walk to the beach. Having a large and modern kitchen also was huge along with having several separate living areas to hang out.

There was plenty of room for 8 of us without stepping on toes. Plenty to do. Pool could have been warmer but the hot tub was great. Should have railings for pool and hot tub to make it easier getting in and out

Back Yard Fun
What a wonderful place to spend your evenings after visiting the beaches, shopping and the space center. This property is set up for entertainment! Plenty of room inside and the perfect back yard. We enjoyed the pool and loved having a grill.

Perfect stay for the holidays!
This house has everything you could need for a getaway! Perfect amount of space for seven of us, we loved the pool and the children were excited about the arcade games and having TVs to watch in each room! No need to bring beach items, because chairs, boogie boards, towels and a cart were all provided for us. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. Within a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Owner responded quickly to any question, and communication was seamless. Definitely would stay here again.
