"Fantastic location, wonderful people, home cooked meal was amazing. Relaxing, wonderful furnishings. Beware that the heat is very expensive if you use it! Kitchen is awesome to cook and views are unbelievable. Couldnt reccommend more for a true Tuscany experience. Views are stupendous. Was a highlight of our trip just to play with the dogs and sheep and get a gourmet meal. Easy to go all over the region from here as well. meal on Ne highly"

"The quiet setting of this old farmhouse provided a calm retreat from the hectic days of sightseeing. Giacomo was a gracious host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us numerous helpful tips about sightseeing and restaurants, things to do and places to see. The spacious bedrooms of the house and views of the countryside are beautiful. There are stairs to negotiate, and having a vehicle is helpful. "

"This villa was perfect in every way for our family and friends. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is beautiful and the indoor hydrothermal spa in the basement was a perfect way to relax at the end of a sight seeing day. We shared the villa with our family friends and with two separate staircases to the bedrooms, we each had our own space. With the back house, you could easily share with three families comfortably. Our kids were in heaven with the pool setup and exploring the grounds every day. We did not know much about Capannori before going, but it feels like this hidden gem within Tuscany. It was not super touristy (which we loved) and there were so many beautiful wineries and restaurants in the hills. Including the owner Francescos winery which is right down the street! Lucca is the most charming little town and was our favorite place to go for shopping and dinners throughout the week. We did use Chef Graziella for two private dinners at the Villa and those were hands down our best meals of the whole trip. She was phenomenal! Only praises for this extraordinary villa, the location and the people who made it a beautiful experience for us. Will be returning!!"
