"We had a great stay; however, we did find a bit of a difficulty to communicate (language barrier) with the front desk person that works the evening hours. Other than that, staff was great, breakfast was delicious, the room was huge and the views were worth the trip. Greatly recommended! "

"I went here to stay while I was going to see Elton John in Lucca. When I arrived, I was given a personal tour of the grounds... pure Tuscan living! When I went to go to the pool, I found myself in the kitchen, and was introduced to other guests staying there and was offered a seat during lunch...pool was too inviting. What’s nice is that it feels like a home, guest gathered in a parlor or in the kitchen and sat around and talked... a lovely experience. Would stay here again. "
