"I went here to stay while I was going to see Elton John in Lucca. When I arrived, I was given a personal tour of the grounds... pure Tuscan living! When I went to go to the pool, I found myself in the kitchen, and was introduced to other guests staying there and was offered a seat during lunch...pool was too inviting. What’s nice is that it feels like a home, guest gathered in a parlor or in the kitchen and sat around and talked... a lovely experience. Would stay here again. "

"We had a fabulous time in this luxurious villa. The property is huge giving each family member their own space to relax. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable mattresses and plenty of bathrooms. Each room had an incredible view of the Tuscany countryside. "We had an amazing holiday at Hotel Hambros. The staff, the pool, the location, the breakfast and restaurant. Guido and Stefania at the front of house went above and beyond to help us and Susan by the pool was a ray of sunshine every day and couldn’t do enough for us. If we had any type of problem or question or concern everyone was quick to be of service to us and help us out. No problem was to big and we were made to feel so welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. "
