"We came for the royal gorge Santa express train. They allowed us to check in early so we could make our train time. Once we had gone our dog became anxious and got out of the room and wouldn’t get back in. Thanks to this owner he was patient and understanding and helped me resolve the issue. I absolutely appreciate their support in allowing us to still stay after all that. We also had a great sleep!
