"The rooms were clean but in one of our rooms the tv didn’t work. Front desk sent IT up while we were out. IT told them they fixed it but they did not. When we told them it still wasn’t working they said maintenance would probably choose not to come look at it again, which they didn’t. They did offer to move the room but we had two and the only one they could move us to was the other end of the hotel which didn’t work for our family. "Check in was great. Dawn was friendly & went over everything in detail. Our only complaint was there was a window on our door & we had to improvise something to block the view into our room. We didn't eat breakfast but I went down to check it out & it had a selection for everyone. Employee was very friendly & took the time to show me everything. "
