"For the price Residence Bouttau is excellent value for money. It isn’t luxury but has everything you need for your stay with the added bonus of feeling like a resident of Cannes. Open the door and you’re in the heart of the oldest part of Cannes. Lots of lively restaurants and bars nearby but the apartment has very good sound proofing with air conditioning. 10 minute walk to ferry port, train station and La Croisette. Shopping, eating and drinking on your doorstep, including the excellent Marché Forville. "
