"Meal buffet is good, while expensive. Staff is nice overall, but very few speak English. You MUST have a car to get around, the area is kind of rural and away from city. The keys to apartment (F12) were useless since the door lock was broken. Front desk open 8AM to 10PM, but you have to leave earlier and come back late, so you have no one available to ask questions."

"I was not sure what I booked but was meet with the most plaisant surprised. My sister and I had the most wonderful time. LOVED the swimming pool. The buffet was amazing. The staff was so friendly. it was 10mins walk from the centre. We will for sure be back again. Thank you for a fantastic weekend "

"We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine! "We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. This year I found some reception staff less than helpful. The pool was full of...
