"I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. "I went for a wedding on the premises and really enjoyed the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast with a view was great! Staff was very nice and very helpful. Parking available at the hotel which is very convenient in Cannes. The room was a good size, with a balcony. Very clean and nice. A very enjoyable stay. "

"Spent 6 nights at this property. Location was excellent - easily walkable to town centre, bus and train stations, so a great base to explore the Cote D'Azur. Staff very friendly and helpful in the lead up and when checked in. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the week."

"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

"We had a great stay at this property. Location is very central and close to restaurants, shops & the beachclubs. Good amount of space, 2 beds, 2 bath, clean, modern, very comfortable. AC worked very well and had separate meters for the common area and the two bedrooms which was a great plus. "

"We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine! "Second time stayed at property but our first since it’s complete renovation in 2023. Property is beautiful (recommend a sea view room for the full experience). The friendly staff provide the level of service expected of a 5 star hotel. The property have their own beach area which is perfect winter and summer!"

Perfect locatoin & nice perks

"We've used Okko hotels at least half a dozen times: Paris, Nice, Toulon, Cannes. They are always in super convenient locations for travelers, and while rooms re smallish for N Am hotels, very cleverly designed, with the perks that matter. Really good bed linens, fast hot showers, safes, etc. Al the Okkos we've been in also offer BIG stylish lounge areas with coffee, juices, waters, snacks available all day for guests. At the Cannes location that lounge area is on the 7th (6th European) floor with views and an outdoor terrace. Something we've enjoyed very much both times we've stayed here. Literally step off the train, in two minutes you're at the hotel and within a couple blocks of pretty cafes, great restaurants, both cool & luxurious shops - five minutes to the waterfront. Absolutely a winner!"
