"The property is nice but aging with a lot of deferred maintenance. Unit 36 is nicely decorated, we specifically liked the artwork and soaking pool which was cool and refreshing in the warm weather. The bedroom storage was cheap and one drawer does not stay closed. On a downer note, I woke up with multiple bites on my legs, ankles, and feet that I did not have when I went to bed. There may be bed bugs or spiders. "

"The place was very clean, and Vacasa staff (on-site property manager) were responsive. The interior furniture is tired and the property could generally use a refresh. Beds and pillows are of low quality. In terms of luxury, I would rate this as "3 Stars out of 5" for those reasons. "This house is on a hill and faces west so the views are outstanding and the sunsets are magical. It is a Beautiful home, lots of space, comfortable beds, good BBQ, lots of pots, pans and dishes etc.. Swimming pool is great to cool off. The area was peaceful, the beach (Playa Prieta) is amazing and also quiet. Easy drive to Portreo, Flamingo and Brasilito. The property manager was readily available and dealt with issues immediately. We would happily stay here again."

"We stayed at this condo for about 3 weeks and really enjoyed it. Great location in quiet beach town. The condo provided plenty of space for our family of four, very quick WiFi which made remote working easy, great location, and the whole resort property was very safe. I highly recommend bringing ear plugs because the main pool is next door and loud on Friday and Saturday nights. "
