"The place was very clean, and Vacasa staff (on-site property manager) were responsive. The interior furniture is tired and the property could generally use a refresh. Beds and pillows are of low quality. In terms of luxury, I would rate this as "3 Stars out of 5" for those reasons. "Upon arrival, 2 toilets, 2 sinks, and both showers were in disrepair. Some of these were fixed, but hot water to the master bedroom shower never was. Hot water to any of the sinks is not even plumbed in. Then on day two, there was no water period. Emails sent to the owner elicited some repairs, but there was no written response at all from 3 emails sent. She met us when we arrived & walked us through the Villa. In addition she was always available through WhatsApp and assisted us in getting shuttled to & from the airport, organized a taxi & an excursion.
