"If you’re looking for a place that accommodates a big group, don’t hesitate to book this house! The pictures don’t even do it justice. We were 7 adults and 2 children in mixed families and everyone had their own space/privacy due to the amazing layout of the house. "My husband, daughter and her spouse, and our 16-year-old grandson and I found Villa Sol #1 an excellent landing spot for our first CR visit. The villa is just as advertised. The pictures are an accurate description. It's in a convenient location to Playa Hermosa and other national CR treasures. Anytime I had to communicate with the property manager, he replied quickly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location to others."

"We loved our stay at Malinche. The house is set up perfectly for large groups and families. Quick drive to various beaches, awesome pool for days at the house, Andrey was a great tour guide and the house cleaning and gardening crew were wonderful. "This is the second time we have stayed at this villa. The property and view are so beautiful! The view of the ocean from the beautiful deck can't be beat and the sound of the rolling waves 24/7 never gets old! The villa is laid out perfectly with the bedrooms on the second floor and living space on ground level. The staff are so helpful, they helped us plan all of our adventures and car rental. "Our family had a fantastic time at Alta Mira. We loved the pool and the location close to great restaurants and Coco Beach. Francisco was amazing- he helped put together a great itinerary for our family(lots of fun excurions and terrific restaurant and activity suggestions!) The breakfast prepared daily at the villa was delicious and the villa staff were so so lovely. We will miss them! This was our first time visiting Costa Rica and we fell in love!
