"Abbiamo prenotato la struttura last minute per il nostro viaggio dei 100 giorni. Roberto è stato gentilissimo, la struttura è molto grande, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. "We had a big family group and we were very comfortable here. We walked to restaurants and beach and drove into Rome. Our host was very helpful with any questions and provided us with many options. For example my granddaughter had her birthday and we used Maurizio Guerrazzi an excellent chef our host recommended. We ate it all and the beautiful birthday cake. The house was very clean with several amenities like hot tub and sauna. We would stay here again."

Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!"

She responds to any questions you have quickly and is so helpful with local info and taxis etc. The house is brilliant for large family groups - we were 15 people - 3 x families. "Stunning views of the lake within easy distance of the small town with plentiful restaurants and bars. Plenty of room inside and out for 6 adults. "

"Isabella is a wonderful host and her on-site caretaker was extremely helpful. The house and property are huge but unfortunately all the pictures on VRBO were taken over 20 years ago. The kitchen is not a working kitchen and many repairs need to be done. However, the area is restful and there are wonderful restaurants nearby."
