"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "

"I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. "Nice property. Clean quiet. Restaurant on site is closed. Breakfast buffet was open and good. Note if you want to use sauna or hot tub, charge is 20e per person for 80 min. Bathroom in our room was tiny, not for a larger person. I am 70 kg and I found it cramped. Overall good stay. Just plan to eat lunch and dinner offsite."

"A lovely country home, with some rooms that have a lake view from the balcony -gorgeous, with a very relaxed vibe! We used the pool immediately upon our arrival which was refreshing after traveling, and it had a view of the lake, as well as the chickens and goat on the farmette. "Very close to the beach. A very basic hotel but the rooms are fine. I think more a 2* than a 4*."

"There was no air conditioning and the conditions of the room was more of a guesthouse than a hotel. The shower barely worked and the bathroom was not quite big enough for me. It was just a place to rest my head and nothing more. I arrived a day late and left a day early. "

Main gripe is there is no Wi-Fi in bedrooms only in the reception area which isn't stated in the hotel description . "A small hotel with a fabulous and very popular lakeside restaurant. Mainly used by Italians but with a handful of international guests. The staff are very friendly and the food possibly the best Italian we’ve ever enjoyed anywhere. We dined lakeside while watching otters and various birds in the lake very close by. We stayed for one night before driving to Civitavecchia to pick up a cruise (about an hour) and we would love to return one day. "

"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia..
