"We had a relaxing stay in Formello. The property was well equipped at there were plenty of amenities near by. Aside from a day trip into Rome, made easy by the comprehensive travel information provided by the host, we were content relax in the pool and make ourselves at home the rest of the time."

Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. "We had a big family group and we were very comfortable here. We walked to restaurants and beach and drove into Rome. Our host was very helpful with any questions and provided us with many options. For example my granddaughter had her birthday and we used Maurizio Guerrazzi an excellent chef our host recommended. We ate it all and the beautiful birthday cake. The house was very clean with several amenities like hot tub and sauna. We would stay here again."

"This place is super clean in lovely area, they left a little snak's box and drinks as well as fruits to welcome us! Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!"

"Maria is the most wonderful host and she makes you feel so welcome in her beautiful holiday home. She responds to any questions you have quickly and is so helpful with local info and taxis etc. The house is brilliant for large family groups - we were 15 people - 3 x families. It is very spacious with a super well equipped kitchen(s),2 fridges and large tables for family dinners. It is a short car journey to the village where you can get everything you need including food market on Thursday...
