"As a family of four with two teenagers, we had a great two week stay at the Elk and Avenue. Staff were helpful. Parking in Banff can be a nightmare. Our vehicle was over the 6' 1" allowance for the hotel car park but we were offered alternative parking at the back of the hotel at a great rate. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Great looking hotel with areas to sit and just chill if needed. Room service was good, no matter what time you left the room. Nice hot tub and sauna.
