"Love the amenities they have in the rooms. The shampoo and conditioners are great. The coffee in the room is great too. Only issue was the fireplace wasn’t working properly, but other than that it was great. "

"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"My sister and I stayed her for a weekend ski trip to Jasper. We had stayed here previously a few years ago and wanted to return as we enjoyed how clean and spacious the rooms were, the friendly staff and most importantly the beds were comfortable after a long day of skiing. "
