"We are a family of 6 who had a lovely summer stay at this property. It is beautifully decorated with all the facilities a family would need. A fully equipped kitchen with so many appliances, a huge fridge and stove plus we really appreciated having a large washer and dryer. It was a lovely walk to the Folding Moutain Brewery for dinner and an accessible drive to Jasper National Park. "Our chalet was just as advertised and was very clean. I had no problem communicating with our host (Wei) through emails. We had a slight problem with finding the Lodge due to no street signs (we had not cell phone service). Otherwise, her instructions were easy to follow. The location provided quick access to Banff and Canmore. It really was a great place for our basecamp."

"Over the last 4 years we have visited Mystic Springs a few times a year. My family and I love coming here and always feel at home at Mystic Springs. The outdoor heated pool and the hot tub is fantastic and no matter what time of year we have visited (even in the middle of winter) we have enjoyed using these facilities. The location is great, can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and to the main part of town. The condo was comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed to make our stay...

"The cabin was very nice and a good location but was short on kitchen supplies. . There were no large plates to put things on, we had a group of 8 people with just 8 plates and bowls, no extras to use for other things, no extra cups and very limited glasses. Only one cookie sheet and mixing bowls and no storage containers. We had just come from a different place we rented in Golden which was much better equipped."

"The property was very clean and had all the amenities required. It backs right onto the railway though and trains passing in the night can be quite loud, so maybe best to bring earplugs. There is no central AC, but there are portable air conditioners. One of the rooms doesn't have a wall, it's just open into the living room area, so a little less privacy than expected. Overall it was a good place to stay."

"Loved the location - easy to find. Nice touches in the home itself. Lots in the cupboards to accomodate short or long stays. Appliances were all very clean and easy to use. Patio door to the pool was easy to get to - we spent a lot of time swimming. Nicely maintained and delightful in the cool, autumn air. The trek to downtown might've been more than 5 minutes, but a nice walk and downtown was very fun. There was no pass to Banff Nat'l Park included, if some are aiming for that. ...

"Check in was super easy and the hotel has automated alerts to keep you informed. Parking spots match your room number so super easy. We were 207 which the door faces the middle of then chalets. View is great on both sides but the front is the street. Minimal noise if any with the windows closed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Hot tub has a small heated change room but can get quite wet. Lots of spa towels in the bin when we went there, which is what most hotels struggle...
