"On our getaway to Banff, my husband and I stayed at Otter Hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed. The décor was exquisite, tastefully designed, and cohesive throughout the property. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking mountain views. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor sauna and heated pools, both facing the mountains, an incredible way to relax and take in the scenery. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, complimentary local transit passes and a $25 restaurant credit, which added excellent value to our experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Banff, and yes, we will definitely be back!"

"Bathtub was a bit stained and not sure if it was dirty . But very clean and comfortable beds. "

I will only comment on the breakfast area for which there seemed to be very limited seats & some guests aren’t that considerate that even though they are done and just chatting over coffee, they prefer to hang out despite seeing other guests standing & waiting for tables. "
