"The house was brand new and equipped with all the needs. Nice safe neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well appointed. We stayed for about 3 weeks while Asheville had potable water. I was sad to leave such a great house. Jax has very nice restaurants to visit. All in all, it was the perfect spot for us having to stay that long. Thank you so much !!"

"The neighborhood is nice. When walked into the home, it appeared to be welcoming and a lot of rooms. It was clean as can be until you open the microwave which the top section burned or something explored in it. The AC was working, however the unit was leaking water causing water damage to the carpet near the bathroom, hallway and spreading to other rooms. I called the company multiple times to report it on early morning Friday and finally on Saturday late afternoon they wanted to come out, however I was not home, so they came early Sunday morning. The nice man vacuumed the water out, but the AC was the problem which they did not fixed, so back to square one, where the carpet became soaked again and contiuned to spread. There was 4 rooms with four queen bed, mattress were not comfortable and the sofa bed was broken and couch torn up all in the back. The couch had a wood plank keeping the seat afloat and of course the broken sofa bed. Carpet needs to be changed. The outdoor patio screen door was torn and not so clean to hang out. The place just need some little TLC, otherwise it's ok with plenty of space to move around. I give it a 2.5 rating because of the inconvenience and AC not as cooling as should be with a heat index of 102."
