"The room was very neat and tidy, and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was clean and organized, with clean towels, a coffee station, and shower products. We didn’t know that the family would be home (that was probably my fault for missing something in the description). It was just a bit of a surprise, and maybe a little awkward, but they weren’t a problem at all. A very lovely home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if available and needed."
