"Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades. A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to). "We had a group of 12 friends stay for a birthday and had an incredible weekend! The place was perfectly equipped for all of us and the kitchen/dining are was set up perfectly for everything we needed. We had wonderful weather so we were able to enjoy meals outdoors on the table and use the BBQ. It was also just a few minutes to the beach which we spent lots of time at! Would strongly reccomend booking this place for a weekend (or weeklong) getaway!"

"This is a lovely little property and it is in a lovely location right on the beech. When we stayed the weather was very windy but we still had a great time. The only issue, there was no parking permit at the property and it was 20 for the parking for the trip as iparking is i the main carpark"
