Only complaint was waiting a while for a receptionist when trying to check-out. But the rest of the stay staff/receptionist was available and helpful. Loved the air conditioning and remote with it for the hot climate here. Not too jazzed about the shower situation as our room had a glass “wall” that didn’t close the shower off so water got everywhere, water pressure...
